Staff where kind considerate./nExplained everything which was good being my 1st time.
Suggested improvements
Patients spending long hours of treatment./nPatients are normally elderly and do not use modern technology or read so maybe a televisions could be supplied and the price (wavered).

Ruby Smyth! A very professional and outstanding nurse. A professional in all aspects of care. She has a remarkablity of some care and attention to detail forwards her patients and staff. Always there to not when needed but just them all the time, for everybody. An outstanding individual nurse and there should be more like her.

Kayley Lyndsey. Outstanding individual and I do really means outstanding. Never and seen a person who is polite- kind- caring and Omg went 2000% above her job to help out and took extra special care of her patients, and me./nWell power.

Staff responsive, available and approachable at all times. Constant reassurance for my son and myself. I felt the staff were knowledgeable and professional.
